MAIRE TECNIMONT: SIGNING CEREMONY FOR THE PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED SONATRACH’S LPG PROJECT IN ALGERIA
Algiers – The signing ceremony of the contract for the realization of the “LPG Train 4 – ZCINA Hassi Messaoud” project took place today at SONATRACH’s headquarters in Algiers.
The preliminary award of the contract was already announced on September 3rd, 2018. The project’s scope of work entails the implementation of a new LPG train inside the existing ZCINA Facility, in the Hassi Messaoud area, in central Algeria.
The contract was signed by SONATRACH CEO Abdelmoumen Ould Kaddour and Maire Tecnimont Group CEO Pierroberto Folgiero, at the presence of several other Algerian and Italian senior officials.

This contract enables us to set foot in the Algerian gas sector, which represents a strategic hub for the European energy supply network”.
